Communicate directly with a client through the private Messages channel in the Request.
When you open a Request, the Messages channel is in the top bar:
Once you select "Message" the messages feature will appear in the bottom right of your screen. Select the "External Channel" to communicate
You may need to use the Messages channel:
- to ask a clarifying question on a published Request
- to discuss conflict issues
- or for any other need to discuss a matter or transaction
