Communicate directly with a client through the private Comments channel in the Request.
When you open a Request the Comments channel may already be open along the right-hand side of your screen. If it is open just enter the External client channel and start typing in the 'Write a message' prompt and click the send arrow when you are finished. Everyone with access to the channel will see every comment posted. If the Comments channel is not already open click the comments icon at the top right of the screen.
All comments on a Request and its subsequent Proposals are in a single thread in the channel, in chronological order.

- to ask a clarifying question on a published Request
- to discuss conflict issues
- any other need to discuss a matter or transaction
