Once a client has invited you to participate in an RFP, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. The email will advise you that you have been invited to respond to an RFP and includes a link to view the RFP.
If you haven't received this email, it is important to first check your spam or junk filter, as your firm's email provider may filter automatically generated emails. If you do locate the email in a filtered folder, we recommend having your IT department whitelist the @persuit.com email domain. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact email@example.com.
Once you have received the email, follow the steps below.
STEP 1 - CLICK ON EMAIL LINK
To activate your PERSUIT account, you should first receive a "Welcome to PERSUIT" email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Open the email and click on "click here to activate your account".
The link will open up a new web page where you will be asked to enter your email address or sign in using your organization’s Google or Microsoft account ID.
STEP 2 - SIGN IN
STEP 3 - CREATE PASSWORD
Once you create your password, click on the SET PASSWORD button.
This will take you to your PERSUIT dashboard, where you can view any RFPs you have been invited to.
If you have logged into PERSUIT before, you can log in again at app.persuit.com. Any RFPs you have been invited to participate in (or that have been shared by your colleagues) will appear on your dashboard. Use the password reset prompt when logging in if you can't remember your password.
