You can check how your bids will appear in the draft proposal Comparator screen.
The client has the choice for all firms to see either the anonymized competing bid prices and their ranking, or just anonymized ranking.
If the client has allowed firms to see competing bids, then all first bid prices and latest revised prices are visible to the auction participants. You can check the reverse auction settings by viewing the Comparator screen when your proposal is still in Draft.
Only the client can see the identity of the bidding firms.
Ranking is determined by the competitiveness of a firm's Total Price. If your Total Price is the most competitive, your firm will be shown to you and others as Rank #1.
You will be able to revise your Total Price at any time during the reverse auction by clicking on the Revise Price button, but no other parts of your proposal. (If you do wish to revise other parts of your proposal, including your assumptions, you are able to copy, modify, and submit a new proposal).
Any change in ranking as a result of firms revising their pricing will be shown to all firms in real time.
If any proposals are withdrawn you can choose to show or hide them when viewing the auction screen.
